The physical realm includes everything which can be perceived by the 5 senses of your body: sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch. This includes your body, where you live, work, the car you drive, the material items you own or lack there of, and any other item or person that you can see and touch.

Health is being happy and interacting in a positive fashion with your body and your environment. Illness is the lack of such positive interaction. Angelic RayKey gives a way to come to know how your physical environment works ("The Rules") and how to work with those rules.

"The Rules" are stated simply in a fashion even a child can understand. Then they are practiced for 21 days on yourself, just to prove to that stubborn ego that there is indeed a change taking place, and that change is being made consciously in a direction which has been chosen, not something bad happening by chance, fate, or luck.
